This Privacy Policy explains how LB HEALTH AND PHYSICAL THERAPY, LLC ("ReelFig," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the ReelFig mobile application, its website, and related AI-powered image and video creation services (collectively, the "Service").
This policy applies when you install, open, browse, register for, sign in to, purchase through, or otherwise use the Service. It does not govern third-party services that have their own privacy policies, including Apple, Google, social sign-in providers, and payment providers.

Depending on the features you choose, ReelFig may request access to photos/media, camera, and notifications. We use a permission only for the purpose shown when it is requested. You can change permissions in your device settings, although the related feature may stop working.
Apple, Google, or another authorized payment provider processes your payment. We may receive an order or transaction identifier, product purchased, payment status, price, currency, billing country, subscription status, and refund status. We do not receive or store your complete card number, expiration date, or security code when payment is handled by these providers.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (such as security, support, and product improvement), as appropriate for the relevant activity. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already completed lawfully.
When you use an AI feature, your selected inputs and instructions are uploaded to our systems and may be transmitted to contracted hosting, rendering, and AI model providers. We disclose only the data reasonably necessary to complete the request and avoid attaching direct account identifiers where technically feasible.
Do not upload another person's image, voice, or other personal information unless you have the necessary permission and legal right to do so. Do not submit highly sensitive information that is not needed for the requested creative task.
Uploaded source content is cleared from our processing servers after processing is complete. Generated results may remain available in your account history for your convenience; if you delete a result, it is cleared from our systems within 24 hours.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
ReelFig does not provide an in-app public community or public-posting feature. Your creative content remains private within the Service unless you choose to export or share it through an external service or with another person.
We retain each category of information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, taking account of account status, feature requirements, safety and fraud risks, contractual obligations, and legal recordkeeping requirements.

Deletion may take time to propagate through backups. We may preserve limited information when required by law, to complete a transaction, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, such as access controls, encrypted transmission, logging, and vendor controls. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and account credentials and should contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive a portable copy, opt out of certain advertising or data sharing, and appeal a decision. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To submit a privacy request, email support@reelfig.com. We may verify your identity and authority before completing the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
You may exercise the rights described above. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to processing in certain circumstances. International transfers will use an approved legal mechanism where required, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
Residents of certain states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. ReelFig will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. The categories of information collected, purposes, and recipients are described in Sections 2–5.
Additional notices or consent flows may apply based on your location, and ReelFig will provide them where required.
ReelFig is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 16. If you are 16 or 17, you may use the Service only if you are legally able to agree to these terms in your location; where local law requires it, your parent or legal guardian must review and consent to your use and any purchase.
If we learn that a person under 16 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it and close the account. A parent or guardian who believes this has happened may contact support@reelfig.com. This age rule must match ReelFig's store age rating, onboarding statement, content controls, and account flow.
ReelFig and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use contractual protections, adequacy decisions, assessments, safeguards, or consents required by applicable law.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Service, law, or our practices. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice in the Service or request consent before a material change takes effect. Earlier versions will be retained as required by law or business policy.
